Thank you for your interest in this training!
Because the course will be held virtually, it will be kept small and intimate to encourage deep connection, personal exploration, and individual guidance.
This 30-hour foundational Yin Yoga training is designed for yoga teachers, dedicated students, and anyone seeking to expand their understanding of the energetic and anatomical dimensions of Yin practice.

Training Schedule Options (January 2025)
Option A – Two Weekend Immersion
Dates: January 10, 11,18 as well as Jan. 30, Feb 1 & 8th
Hours: (7.5 hours per day)
Between Weekends: Self-study and homework assignments

Early Registration: $550
(If paid before December 20th)
Includes a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot
Standard Tuition: $600
(Two payments of $300; final payment due January 3)

We’ll explore the deep connections between anatomy, fascia, meridians, chakras, and the nervous system — and how these systems influence both our physical and emotional well-being.
This is a comprehensive, high-quality training designed to help you go deeper, grow further, and embody the heart of Yin.

Skeletal segments, muscle groups, and target areas
Tension vs. compression and adapting for different bodies
The principles of non-straining Yin practice
Flow of Qi/Prana through Yin and Yang
Understanding your own anatomical patterns
2. Yin Yoga Practice & Teaching
In-depth pose analysis, modifications, and alternatives
Sequencing Yin classes and developing themes
Holding safe, sacred space for students
The role of binaural sound in relaxation and healing
3. Chakras & Yogic Philosophy
Guided Chakra meditations
Understanding karma, samskaras, and vasanas
Integrating subtle body teachings into Yin practice
